A 21-year-old Palestinian man was arrested on Monday evening on suspicion of rapping a 17-year-old girl and forcing her boyfriend to watch earlier this week.

The suspect was arrested near the scene of the crime, in the vicinity of the Gan Ha-Ir parking lot of the municipality, police said. He is a resident of the West Bank.
